02 October, Rolpa: Leader of the UCPN-Maoist Krishna Bahadur Mahara has claimed that the Constituent Assembly (CA) election will be held on November 19 at any cost. Leader Mahara, who got candidacy from Constituency No. 1 of the district from UCPN-Maoist, claimed that his party would win the election.
He was speaking at a press meet organised by the Revolutionary Journalist Association Rolpa. He said there was no alternative to the Baidya -led front to participating in the election. Likewise, leader Onsari Gharti said she will play a leading role for the rights and agenda of women.
